Great Plains Conservation, Botswana, was celebrated at the annual Safari Awards held in London on January 30th, winning "Best Safari Accommodation Group in Africa." According to CEO Dereck Joubert "Winning at the Safari Awards …. sends a signal to us and our staff that we are on the right path."

Remote Africa Safaris, Zambia, was delighted when Tafika Camp was deemed a finalist for "Best Safari Property in Africa" and claimed 3rd place in the "Best Safari Property in Southern Africa" category.

The Bushcamp Company, also with camps in Zambia, was named one of three finalists for the prestigious "2013 Tourism for Tomorrow Conservation Award" at the World Travel and Tourism Council's Global Summit in Abu Dhabi.

And last but by no means least, the Tasting Room at Le Quartier Francais, Cape Winelands, has been voted by Forbes Magazine as "The Best Restaurant on the African Continent."
