Rwanda on Netherlands' Safe List

The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently added Rwanda to a short list of countries which are deemed safe to travel to. Travelers to/from “safe’ countries can enter the Netherlands without any testing or quarantining requirements due to the very low risk of contracting Covid in these countries. Rwanda is one of only eight countries outside of the EU/Schengen area to be on the Netherlands’ safe list.
