Kenya Downgraded to Level 2

Celebrating Kenya’s downgrade (or should that be “upgrade”?!) to a Level 2 Travel Advisory by the US State Department! While Level 2 still advises caution, it is a relatively benign classification, even during “normal” times. In the time of Covid-19, it is a virtual “best in class” when most other countries around the world remain at Level 3 or 4. Cheers, and congratulations to Kenya!
