Dereck and Beverly Joubert - Botswana ConservationistsBotswana's Dereck and Beverly Joubert, award-winning photographers, filmmakers and conservationists, enjoyed a busy visit to New York City this summer. On June 6th they opened their "Wild Supreme" exhibit, on display at 340 Madison Avenue in New York through September 2012, featuring a dramatic series of large-format wildlife photos. While in New York the Jouberts also promoted their new film "The Unlikely Leopard" - a coming of age story of a young male leopard struggling to survive, which aired July 15th on Nat Geo Wild TV. Click here to listen to recent interviews conducted by Bloomberg News and Bloomberg Business Week during which the Jouberts discuss poaching, trophy hunting, and their impact on Africa's big cat population.
