Recipe of the Quarter: Garonga Health Loaf

Ingredients
2c cake flour
- 2c nutty wheat flour
- 1/2c honey
- c all bran flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp yeast
- 2c oats
- 1/3c sunflower seeds
- 1c pecan nuts
- 1/3c mixed seeds (poppy seeds etc.)
- Enough water to mix
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients and place in a pre-greased bread pan.
- Allow to rise for about 20 minutes.
- Bake the bread for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through
