Sighting of the Quarter - Lying Next to an Aardvark

Guides were able to literally crawl up to this aardvark at Camp Hwange, Zimbabwe, recently. They were thrilled listening to the rough scrape of the claws on the dry earth as it sought out its termite meal. Click here to watch the video.

Camp Hwange's night drives are usually very productive, but the quality of aardvark and aardwolf sightings lately has been unusual.
